Natcash, the digital finance platform under National Telecom S.A. (NATCOM), continues to solidify its position as a vital financial infrastructure in Haiti. As the nation accelerates its transition toward a cashless society, Natcash plays a pivotal role in connecting the Government, international organizations, and citizens through modern payment technologies.
Public Service Integration: A Milestone in Administrative Reform
A major highlight in Natcash’s operations is the successful implementation of an integrated payment system with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI). This solution allows individuals and businesses to settle business registration fees entirely on a digital platform. This transition not only streamlines complex administrative procedures and reduces wait times but also facilitates quicker public service access for startups. This effort underscores Natcash’s commitment to partnering with the Government to drive the formalization of national economic activities.

Social Disbursement: Transparency and Security
Natcash currently serves as a strategic execution channel for social welfare programs led by both government agencies and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). The platform provides critical support to key entities, including the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications (MTPTC), the Ministry of Environment (MDE), and the Ministry of Agriculture.
Furthermore, prestigious international organizations such as Viva Rio, CECI, and Zanmi Lasante have chosen the Natcash ecosystem for aid distribution. The application of e-wallet technology ensures that financial assistance reaches beneficiaries—even in the most remote areas—safely, transparently, and with real-time traceability. This mitigates the risks associated with cash management and enhances the efficiency of relief resource coordination.
Nationwide Coverage: Financial Inclusion for All Communities
With an extensive agent network spanning every commune across Haiti, Natcash has bridged the financial gap in areas where traditional banking infrastructure remains unreachable. These local transaction points serve not only as cash-in/cash-out hubs but also as essential bridges helping rural populations participate in the digital economy. NATCOM reaffirms its readiness to provide stable telecommunications infrastructure to sustain a resilient digital financial system.
A NATCOM representative stated: “We strive continuously for a better life for the people of Haiti. Natcash is committed to building a modern cashless society where every transaction is secure, efficient, and equitable for everyone.”
