More good news at the pumps for the second time this week.

Prices have dropped after the Nova Scotia Energy Board made its weekly adjustment at midnight on Friday.

The cost of a litre of regular self-serve gasoline is down 6.1 cents to 139.0.

Diesel has also dropped 6.5 cents to 166.1.

It’s the second time this week the price of diesel has fallen. The board enacted the interrupter clause on Wednesday, which saw a drop of 7.1 cents.

This time last year, we were paying 1.57 for a litre of regular self-serve gasoline and diesel was 1.73.
